End the Swamp Now is an organization that seeks to restore the United States to the constitutional republic envisioned by our founding fathers and the framers of the Constitution by funding civil rights class action lawsuits in all 50 states to end the cabal of political corruption that resulted in the theft of the 2020 Presidential Election and Congressional elections.

End the Swamp Now has already filed the first of these lawsuits in federal court in Waco, Texas. This lawsuit, known as Salinas v. Pelosi (Case No. 6:21-cv-162), exposes how state election officials and Congress acted together with wealthy individuals, the news media, social media, and large technology corporations to deprive American citizens of our most precious and fundamental constitutional right, the right of the people to choose our own representatives to the federal government.

Using fraudulent COVID-19 narratives as an excuse, Congress distributed $400 million and Mark Zuckerberg distributed $350 million to state election officials who used these funds to change state election rules in a manner that blatantly violated constitutionally enforceable federal election integrity laws—specifically the Help America Vote Act of 2002 and the 1960 Civil Rights Act—in all 50 states to open the door for theft of the 2020 federal elections for President, Vice President, and Congress. Because each of the 50 states failed to follow federal election law in the 2020 elections, this means that our President, Vice President, and Congress were unlawfully and unconstitutionally elected and are illegitimate.

Violations of these laws that allowed fraudulent ballot box stuffing schemes includes but is not limited to:

• Failure to preserve “all papers and records” coming into possession of election officials for 22 months for an accurate audit of the vote—state procedures allowed for discarding the physical envelopes and automatic deletion of key records on voting tabulation machines necessary to conduct accurate audits to detect ballot box stuffing.
• Failure to request proper ID from first-time voters in federal elections who register and vote by mail.
• Failure to request proper ID and information from voters who moved and registered in a different state prior to the 2020 federal elections.
• Failure to establish chain of custody regarding unmonitored ballot drop boxes.
• Failure to implement procedures to maintain accurate voters rolls.
• Last-minute software updates and connection to the internet that allowed manipulation of the tabulation machines.

Under the federal civil rights statutes (42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, and 1986) Plaintiffs seek injunctions to:

• Require new lawful elections to replace the unlawful 2020 elections;
• Restrain future violations of federal election laws; and
• Restrain enforcement of laws and executive orders enacted by the illegitimate Congress and Biden until trial.
